Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the radius of curvature of a body to be inspected simply, by disposing two pairs of projection optical systems at a position of axial symmetry putting the optical axis of an objective lens in-between, projecting a luminance point of the body to be inspected, and forming the image of the luminance point via the objective lens on a photoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:A light from two pairs of light sources 1a, 1b and 1c, 1d disposed at a position of axial symmetry to an optical axis 0 of an objective lens 4 is projected on a body E1 to be inspected as a luminance point via pin hole plates 2a-2d on optical axes O1-O4 and collimator lenses 3a-3d. The reflected light of four luminance points is reflected on a beam splitter 5 via the objective lens 4 and formed on a focus plate 8 via an aperture 6 and a lens 7 and observed with eyes E2 via a lens 9. On the other hand, the light transmitted from the beam splitter 5 is formed on a photoelectric transducer 13 via an aperture 10 and a lens 11. The radius of curvature of the body E1 is calculated from the position of four luminance points for simple measurement.
