Abstract
PURPOSE:To average loads of a power distribution system by inserting a motor driving system capable of regenerating of a structure for driving an inertial unit between a power source and the system, thereby controlling the regeneration of an inertial energy. CONSTITUTION:A main circuit is composed of a wound-rotor type induction machine 1 and a starting resistor 5, this circuit is connected to a bus BUS between power distribution system DN for the purpose of a power source SOU, and energy is stored and regenerated by an inertial unit, thereby averaging the electric powers by the system DN from the power source SOU. Reactive power is controlled via a resistor 12, an operational amplifier 11 and a resistor 18, and the reactive power of the system DN is always suppressed to a set value, thereby aiding to average and control the load power for the purpose.
