Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress oscillations at a leading edge of a pulse-shaped tube voltage and obtain an accurate tube voltage by feeding back a part of the input of a photocoupler into a comparator, which compares the tube voltage with a reference voltage, through a feed-back circuit consisting of a differential circuit. CONSTITUTION:A differential circuit consisting of a variable resistor 92 and a condenser 93 is connected between input and output terminals of an OP amplifier 91 composing a comparator, which compares a tube voltage with a reference voltage, constituting a feed-back circuit. If the rise time of the tube voltage is delayed at the leading edge due to a delayed response, that is, the rise time of the tube voltage detected by tube voltage detectors 10a, 10b is delayed and the difference with the reference voltage is kept large for a long time, and as a result the output from the OP amplifier 91 tends to be kept near the maximum value for a long time, then owing to a connection of such a feed-back circuit, the output from the OP amplifier 91 is differentiated and the resultant output is fed back to the tube voltage side, thereby allowing smooth build-up.
