Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the monitoring possible without lowering the detecting sensitivity even if a normal leakage current is present in a line to be monitored, by providing a discrimination/operation circuit so as to not to be operated the circuit with a surge current and in which a high accuracy operating current value can be set, if a required recognizing time is able to afford to have. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating/operating circuit as shown in Figure consists of 5 stages of amplifiers A1-A5, and a signal from a converter is inputted to a buffer amplifier A1 in the conversion ratio of 1mA/1.2mV. An input of a comparator A3 is compared with a sprescribed level VTH1 with a VR1, cut off with a constant voltage diode CR1 and outputted as a quantized pulse wave. When the pulse is inputted to the integration amplifier A4, it is compared with a prescribed level VTH2 with a VR2 through the input to a comparator A5 by means of an incomplete integration circuit consisting of a R10 and a C7 and further an alarm transmission signal cut off with a constant voltage diode CR2 is inputted to an alarming circuit. Moreover, this device is separately provided with a function self-inspecting a current transformer.
