After an output of a microphone MIC provided at the outside of a car is amplified to a suitable signal level at an amplifier A1, level adjustment is made by a variable resistor VR1 and the output is inputted to the amplifier A2. The signal output at the outside of the car and the audio output from the TUNER are mixed at the amplifier A2, the mixed signal is applied to a speaker SP via a power amplifier POW, allowing to listen to sound at the outside of the car suitably from the speaker SP.
