Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the best use of the allowable current value of a compound superconductive material at its maximum, and to improve the characteristic thereof by electrically connecting a lead section provided for a superconductor through heat treatment after bending to a superconductive wire forming a supercondutive coil. CONSTITUTION:The winding end lead 3 made of a differenet material from the superconductive coil 2 formed by winding a compound superconductive wire 1 and the superconductive wire 1 are connected electrically by a connecting section 5. The lead 3 is made of the different material from the coil 2 as a blank not yet fored to superconductive and, the blank is bent in necessary shape at first. The lead 3 having predetermind superconductive characteristics is manufactured through the heat treatment of the lead section 3. When forming the superconductive coil 2, the superconducting wire 1 and the lead 3 made into the superconductor are connected electrically by the connecting section 5. A winding starting lead section also has the same constitution.
