Abstract

PURPOSE: To establish a sequential winding of a coil by connecting in a predetermined size an enamel wire wound around a reel or pack to the termination end or beginning end of an enamel wires wound around a reel or pack to be used next.
CONSTITUTION: The termination end of an enamel wire wound around a reel or pack used in a coil winding work is connected in a size similar to the size of an enamel wire to the beginning end of an enamel wire wound around a reel or pack to be used next to establish a sequential winding, and the time necessary for an exchange of the reel or pack can be saved. A defective winding coil on the connection portions is removed to raise an efficiency of the overall coilwinding work.
