PURPOSE:To display an average temperature and the total calorie etc., by providing a temperature sensor at each differential point of a quantity of liquid filled up in a heat regeneration vessel. CONSTITUTION:N sets of temperature sensors 2 are provided at each differential point of a quantity of liquid filled up in a solar heat water heater or a heat regeneration vessel 1 utilizing the waste heat and an average liquid temperature is computed and is displayed inputting into an arithmetic control part 3 and also, the liquid specific heat of the liquid quantity is multiflied to the difference of temperature between said average temperature and a natural temperature of a natural liquid temperature sensor 4 and the total calorie is displayed on a display device 5 connected to the output of the part 3. Then, on occasion demands, a coefficient of Joule heat is computed and the quantity of electric power for saving energy which may be consumed is displayed.
