Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the magnetic direction and the location of a magnetic element precisely by a method werein the magnetism sensing zigzag resistance elements the resistance values of which are fluctuated correspondingly to the intensity in the magnetic field are formed on the substrate as the magnetic resistance elements which are sticked to each other through the intermediary of an insulator the elements of which are provided with the different zigzag directions. CONSTITUTION:The magnetism sensing resistance elements 1 are formed into zigzag type on one surface of a plane substrate 4 and the leading parts 2 at the both ends are connected to each other. Next the same zigzag type magnetism sensing resistance elements 1 are provided on the other plane substrate 4 and the leading parts 2 are fixed to both ends. Then these two sheets of magnetism sensing resistance elements 5 and 6 are sticked to each other through the intermediary of an insulator making the zigzag directions of the elements differ 90 deg. from each other. Through these procedures, the position of the magnetic field may be detected precisely because each magnetism sensing resistance element is overlapped each other.
