Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a circuit substrate with high accuracy of characteristics eliminating the variation in the substrate due to the variation of temperature, by a method wherein a thermal sensor is attached to the substrate to be subjected the function trimming, and the trimming is performed by matching the reference value to the temperature variation of the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature of a circuit substrate 1 is detected by a sensor 13 attached to the substrate 1, and the reference value of a voltage controlling type oscillator 15 is controlled through an amplifier 14 by the output of the sensor 13 proportional to the temperature detected. The oscillator outputs a frequency f0 at the room temperature T0 and the frequency changes Δf by the decrease of 1°C. During the trimming, a solenoid 5 is controlled by the output of a comparator 4 comparing the frequency generated from the substrate 1 with the reference valve corresponding to the temperature. As a result, the amount of almina powder 7 ejected by a nozzle 6 is controlled to trimming the value matched to the temperature of the substrate 1.
