Abstract

PURPOSE: To add filtering and concentrating effects to settling and concentrating effects and to improve concentrating efficiency by suspending filter plates consisting of vacuum filter chambers having filter cloth nets in a gravity settling type concentrating tank into which primary sludge from water purification plants or the like is charged.
