CONSTITUTION:An output hub 4, which is hooked by an end of a coil spring 6 whose another end is hooked on an armature 5 that can be attracted by an input pulley 1, is divided into two parts: a shaft part 4A which is provided with a convexed click part 10A and fixed to an output shaft 3 and an external winding part 4B provided with groove parts 10B. At first in manufacturing, four bridge parts 12, which connect the shaft parts 4A to the groove parts 10B, are prepared in a hub 4, and the void space S that is formed by other parts is filled with rubber 11 for damper by baking in an integrated form. Next, the bridge parts 12 are removed by using a press. Since the hub 4 is a single member, efficient formation in manufacturing is obtained.
