Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the adjustment of impedance of the electromagnetic device after the assembling of a core and a coil is performed by a method wherein the core and coil bobbin are fixed with fixing members after impedance is adjusted by transfering the coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A pair of E type cores 8, 9 are assembled, and the coil bobbin 12 is made to be transferable on a middle leg. After the cores 8, 9 and the coil are assembled, the cores and the coil bobbin 12 are transfered adjusting to obtain the desired impedance and are fixed with the fixing members like wedges 14, etc. When taper parts 13 are formed at the edge of openings of the bobbin 12, the wedges 14 can be driven in easily. Accordingly the adjustment of impedance is made to be possible after the core and the coil are assembled.
