Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic flow meter transmitter wherein a pipe for communication of a fluid to be measured is sealed up completely by forming an electrode room cylinder which has an electrode fitting hole and contains an inserted pipe and an inserted electrode in one body, and then fitting it to a transmitter housing. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator housing 10 which has a connecting bolt hole 11 and a coil is provided with a pipe 1 which has an electrode fitting hole 1a and allows a fluid to be measured to flow, and this pipe 1 is extended to form an electrode room, cylinder 12 in one body and welded to the electrode insertion hole 10a of the oscillator housing 10. Further, a lining material 6 is formed on the internal surface of the pipe 1, an electrode 5 to be inserted into the hole of the lining material 6 is inserted from the electrode room cylinder 12 and then retained by a spring 7, and the opening part of the electrode room cylinder 12 is covered in an airtight state with a cover 13 and a sealing material. Consequently, the space surrounded by the pipe and electrode room cylinder is sealed up completely to prevent the entrance of the fluid.
