Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate installation of a heater and to prevent leakage of work fluid from a vaporizing section formed at one of a vacuum container having work fluid sealed therein, by forming a groove in the outer surface of the vaporizing section along the entire length thereof, and inserting a heater in the groove.
CONSTITUTION: A vaporizing section 3 is formed in a vacuum container 1 having work fluid 2 sealed therein, and a groove 5 is formed in the lower outer surface of the vaporizing section 3 along the enitre length thereof. A duct 6 made of a thin metal plate is fitted into the groove 5, and a glass heater 7 is inserted into the duct 6. Since, in the above arrangement, the heater 7 can be installed in place simply by inserting the same into the groove 5 formed in the vaporizing section 3, it is enabled to facilitate installation of the heater 7 and to prevent leakage of work fluid 2 from the vaporizing section 3.
