Abstract

PURPOSE: To let the price of a detecting mechanism fall and to improve rotation speed-detectin reliability, by attaching a converter, to convert vibration into electricity, to a driving motor, and feed-back controlling the motor according to the detection result of the rotation speed of a dewatering bascket.
CONSTITUTION: A converting element 9 as a mechanism to detect the rotation speed of a dewatering bascket 3 is attached to the bracket 4a of a motor 4, in a manner such that the characteristic of vibration detection by the converting element 9 is not influenced so much by its attaching accuracy and that the converting element 9 pickes up vibration in close connection with the radial vibration of the motor 4, i.e. its rotation speed. The motor 4 for driving the dewatering baskcet 3 is feed-back controlled on the basis of the detected actual rotation speed of the dewatering bascket 3.
