Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately perform control in an electronic circuit control ignition device, by comparing a triangular wave, added with voltage constant to a certain speed and proportionally decreasing above said speed, with the other triangular wave and determining an ignition timing. CONSTITUTION:An ignition timing detecting pulser 9 generates an output (a) at a maximum advance angle and start timing, and a waveform (b) is output from a flip flop 20 to reset a triangular wave generator circuit 22 at its rise up, immediately increased at a constant slope and held at its rise up to become voltage V2 of waveform (c). A waveform (d) is output from a triangular wave generator circuit 21 by a capacitor charge discharge of the output (b), and V3=A(V2-V20) from divided voltages V20 and V2 of a power source E is generated by a high speed retard angle control circuit 23 for a period turned on with (b). Here a waveform f at a point A is determined by a sum of divided voltage V01 and the waveform (d), and this bias component is V0=V01 for a diode 25 when turned off, but the voltage V3 is decreased as rotary speed increases, at V01>V3, the diode 25 is turned on, to become V0<V01, further V0 decreases as the rotary speed increases.
