When the voltage VPE exceeds the voltage VZ in high revolution range, charging is performed during the breakdown period, then discharging is performed through the resistance 8, up to the next signal. Thus, VPE is transmitted to an ignition circuit 3 trough the resistance 8 by setting VZ in such a way that the voltage VDP of the condenser 7 may drop below VPE at the next time point of the step 100 signal.
