Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting and inspecition of external parts by centralizing externally packed parts on one side of a dielectric substrate by providing a through hole which extends from a slot line to a substrate surface where a strip line is provided through the dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 11 and 12 which extend from a slot line 5 to a substrate surface where a strip line is provided are formed in a dielectric substrate 4, and conductors are inserted into those thorugh holes 11 and 12. Then, diodes 7 and 8 are packaged on said substrate surface (top surface), and there is no external parts on the surface of the slot line 5.
