Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily find a trouble by installing a circuit which generates a reset pulse at the time of power making and another circuit which generates another reset pulse at the time of abnormality, and by monitoring the condition of the reset pulses at the time of abnormality. CONSTITUTION:When a reset signal is outputted from a power source resetting circuit 16, a flip flop (FF) 21 is reset and a processing unit (CPU)11 resets an output circuit 12. The CPU11 generates a pulse RP having a cycle T. However, if an abnormality occurs when the cycle of the pulse RP is less than T, the output of a monostable multivibrator 13 becomes a ''L'' level without being triggered. Therefore, a set pulse is generated against the FF21. While the CPU11 is reset, the condition of the output is not reset. Moreover, if the reset signal is continuously generated at this time, it is judged that the CPU11 goes wrong and an alarm circuit 24 starts working.
