Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance not only the adhesive properties between a magnetic substance and a conductor but the leveling of an insulated layer, by using a mixture of special materials to the insulated layer between the magnetic substance and the conductor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head is formed by a thin-film tehnique on a photoserum substrate 1 with soft magnetic layers 2 and 2' of a permalloy layer (thickness of 3mum), and SiO2 inorganic oxide layers 3, 3' and 3'' are formed by the sputtering method. Then conductor coils 5 and 5' of the Al-Cu layer are formed by sputtering method. The insulated resin layers 4, 4' and 4'' provided between the layers 2 and 2' and the coils 5 and 5' are formed by dissolving with the ''Cellosolve acetate '' a mixture of the methyl sil-sesquioxane polymer and polydiethoxy hydroxy silane in the weight percent ratio of 6:4 and then applying a hardening process after coating by the spin coating method. A glass plate 7 is adhered with the glass 6 of a low melting point. Thus the insulated layer is free from any void or crack which is caused when the glass plate is adhered and has high adhesive properties.
