Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to balance an eccentric shaft statically and dynamically by a method wherein a balance weight, to balance static and dynamic eccentric unbalance, and a hole for the same purpose are provided on the eccentric shaft to reduce the number of the balance weight into one piece. CONSTITUTION:When the eccentric shaft 1 is rotated by a driving source, a rolling piston 4 is rolled along the inner wall of a cylinder 2, gas in a compression chamber 3, introduced from a suction port (not shown in the diagram), is compressed and is introduced into a space in a shell through a discharging valve (not shown in the diagram). Then it is discharged to the outside of the compressor through a discharging pipe (not shown). The balance weight 8, to balance the eccentric unbalance statically and dynamically, and the hole 9 for the same purpose are provided in the eccentric shaft, therefore, the shaft is balanced statically and dynamically. According to this method, the weight thereof may be reduced and the miniaturization thereof may be effected.
