Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize opening of a valve mechanism through smoothing pulsations of a discharge pressure moderately and thus to secure lubricating operation by providing an escape groove reaching a discharge port on the top whereat a rotor comes nearest to the inside wall of a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A pulsating pressure change arising in a compression space 33 according to rotations of a rotor 1 and the number of working vanes 5 is smoothed moderately by an escape groove 35 provided between a rotor cylinder top 34 and a discharge port 7. A differential pressure led in a valve mechanism of a plunger 22 is minimized for pulsation consequently. Oil is fed securely to each sliding part during running of a compressor, and thus a wear of each sliding part can be minimized. Then, a residual gas compressed while the vane runs to reach the rotor cylinder top 34 after passing the discharge port 7 is effluent from the escape groove 35 to the compression space 33, therefore a jumping phenomenon of the vane 5 can be prevented.
