Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a valve with on operational failure due to impurities such as a granular materials, fibers, etc. by using a flexible tube and a mechanism which can block the inner passage at amy time by squeezing the tube. CONSTITUTION:Both end sections 10, 11 of a flexible tube 13 are connected to pipes P1, P2 composing a fluid circuit, and a middle section 12 is shaped in a flat cross section. A stationary piece 15 on one side of the middle section 12 and a movable piece 14 fitted to movable bldy 19 on the other side are provided facing each other. When a solenoid 16 is energized the movable body 19 is moved forward, and the movable piece 14 squeezes the flat middle section 12 of the tube 13 toward the stationary piece 15 so as to close the passage. According to this contstitution, the valve in this invention with no conventional valve plug or shutter will have on operational failure due to attachment of impurities.
