CONSTITUTION:When input data B1-B3 are finished to be stored in a buffer 5, if interrupting information A is generated, a discriminating section 3 stores the information A next to a data B3 of the buffer 5. Next, a control section 2 picks up input data B1-B3 in the buffer 5 and the information A, they are taken as one block and transmitted to a processor 7 via a communication line 6. A discrimination section 8 discriminates the data in block unit to be received and the input data B1-B3 are stored in a data section 10 and the information A is to an interruption data section 11. Further, a processing section 9 picks up the information A of the data section 11 for required interrupting processing.
