After the result is stored in the memory 3 again, a sequence operation section 6 consisting of a direct memory access control section 61 and an operation section 62 is provided in a sequence controller using a microcomputer outputted to a control variable 5, and the sequence operation program and the input data are fetched to an operation section 6 from the main memory 2 and the data memory 3 via the control section 61 for sequence operation, and the result is stored from the control section 61 to the memory section 3 again.
