Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient and durable selective absorption surface at a low cost, by forming a layer of metal powder having a low emissivity over the surface of a layer of an adhesive resin formed over the surface of a base or support, and coating a paint consisting principally of a black pigment and a binder of an acrylic resin over the surface of the layer of metal powder. CONSTITUTION:A layer 2 consisting of an adhesive resin (for instance, epoxy resin), intended for improving anti-corrosive and adhesive performance, is formed over the surface of a support or base 1 (for instance, galvanized steel plate) which is inexpensive and has an emissivity higher than 0.3, and a layer 3 of metal powder having a low emissivity is formed over the surface of the layer 2. Further, a layer 4 having a thickness smaller than 0.5mum is formed over the surface of the layer 3 by coating a paint consisting principally of a black pigment A and a binder B of an acrylic resin. Here, a metal powder consisting mainly of the powder of either one of Cu, Al or their alloys is used as the above-mentioned metal powder having a low emissivity. Further, more than one oxides or composite oxides of elements selected from Fe, Mn, Cu, Cr, Co, Ni are used as the black pigment A.
