That is, the output control voltage of the voltage storage circuit 5 changes to a voltage adding the output voltage from the comparator 4 to the control voltage stored just before, and the oscillation frequency of the VCO1 is changed. Thus, the oscillation frequency of the VCO1 is controlled so that the counting value of the counter 2 coincides with the numeral stored in the storage device 3.
