Abstract
PURPOSE:To analize a sample which is always in a good condition in a sampling device for X-ray analysis, by providing a standard sample part adjacently to a sample part to which a sample is supplied in a base body perpendicularly and fitting thin films at side surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The first and second sampling parts 21 and 22 respecively consisting of circular holes are provided to a sampling holder 20 perpendicularly to a base body 23. A solution which is entirely equivalent to plating solution flowing through the second sampling part 22 from a supplying valve 24, is supplied in the first sampling part 21 and sealed, and then thin films 26 are formed at side surfaces. A supplying pipe 29 is connected through a supply hole 27 and a connecting material 28 at the lower part of the second sampling part 22 so that the plating solution is delivered to, the pressure is not applied to the thin films 26 owing to a discharge hole 30 at the upper part and an opening part 30a. X-ray analysis is alternately performed at the first and second sampling parts 21 and 22 through the films 26 and the plating solution is measured in correcting a data with a standard sample.
