Abstract

PURPOSE:To bore many holes at the same time with sufficient machining accuracy into a work which is made of a thin material by forming an insulating member with multiple machining holes which are made after machining shapes. CONSTITUTION:An electrode jig is mounted on a shaft 1 of an electro-chemical machining device. An annular hollow groove to form an electrolyte flow passage 3c is made on an inner wall of an outer casing 3 and an outer wall of an electrode holder 4 to conduct the electrolyte taken in from an inlet port 3a to flow passage 4a is formed between an inner wall of a holder 4 and an outer wall of an insulating member 6 to conduct the electrolyte which is injected from the top of the electrode and overflows from machining holes 6a-6d to an exhaust port 3b. A shaft 1 can be vertically shifted for position controlling and pressure holding. Being thus constituted, multiple holes can be made in a work of a thin material with a sufficient accuracy at the same time.
