Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily pull out a steel material after the setting of a soil cement by a method in which the steel material for construction is surrounded by a water- proof bag and then settled into a soil cement structure. CONSTITUTION:A steel material 3 is confined in a water-proof bag 4 of a rubber or synthetic resin, etc., to form a reinforcing material 5, and the reinforcing material 5 is settled in a soil cement or concrete 1 as the main body of an underground continuous wall.
