Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the heater capable of heating effectively only the tips of the protruded parts of an article having a plurality of protruded parts by a method wherein a plurality of heating plates are detachably attached to a heated base plate equipped with a heating source therewithin.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of the small heating plates 14 are arranged in rows on the heated base plate 10 formed with screw holes 13 at positions corresponding to respective intersecting points of base board checks on both surfaces 12a, 12b thereof so as to oppose to the protruded parts to be heated on the article having a plurality of protruded parts, and fixing screws 17 are screwed into predetermined screw holes 13 through penetrating holes 15 for the fixing screws to fix the heating plates 14 on the heating base plate 10. A coating layer 16 consisting of fluoroplastic is provided on the above-described heating plate 14 to prevent the adhesion of molten resin when a synthetic resin product is contacted directly with the plate and is heated.
EFFECT: It is not necessary to coat all over the surface of the heating base plate and is enough to exchange only the corresponding heating plate when the base plate is damaged partially, therefore, the base plate may be used economically.
