Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance combustion efficiency, by forcibly discharging smoke inside a combustion oven through the first smoke-discharge cylinder, a cyclone-type dust-collector and the second smoke-discharge cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: Smoke, gas and smuts formed by combustion are introduced by air flowing from a blower 24 into the second smoke-discharge cylinder 22, so that they flow through the first somke-discharge cylinder 19 and whirl round inside a cyclone dust-collector 20. Due to this rotating action, dust such as smuts is absorbed and dropped downwards, and forcedly let flow toward the final end by the blowing action of the blower 24. The dust is then forcedly discharged through the final end of the second smoke-discharge cylinder 22 toward the reservoir part 26 of a removing vessel 25. In this way, the combustion is accelerated by the forcible smoke-discharge action. In addition, the gas and smoke discharged into the reservoir part 26 are exhausted through a smoke-discharge opening 27a to the outside. At this time, smuts and sparks mixed in the smoke are let adhere to water in the reservoir part 26 and recovered.
