Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize big reduction of the electric power for test, by supplying in feedback the output current of a regulated power supply device to the input side when a load test is given to a DC input type regulated power supply device. CONSTITUTION:An input power supply device 11 for test delivers with conversion a DC output from an input power source AC100V to supply it to a DC input type regulated power supply device 10. The input voltage V1 of the device 10 is slightly smaller than the regulated output voltage VO, and the output voltage has the constant voltage characteristics up to the rated current and then the drooping characteristics at the level over the rated current. Accordingly, balance is secured between the rated output voltage and the rated current by controlling the characteristics of the voltage V1 or the device 10. The output current of the device 10 having such constitution is fed back to the input side of the device 10 via a rectifier 13. Accordingly, the device 11 supplies only the internal loss electric power of the device 10 to realize big reduction of the electric power for test.
