And, a non-magnetic body 5, such as silicon oxide, etc., which is capable of giving compressing pressure to the bubble holding layer 2 underneath, is embedded into the hollowed out section. As it is possible, by doing so, for the compressing pressure to cause lattice distortion to the bubble holding layer 2 allowing bubble 3 to be attracted to the lattice distortion, as a result, it is possible to expand bias margin.
