PURPOSE: To improve the heating effect by a method wherein the floor heating equipment is formed by a large number of heat exchanging members, which have a large number of small holes for ventilation of the air and contact with heat pipes.
CONSTITUTION: A floor heating panel 4 is formed by a large number of heat exchanging members 1, the long side panel 11 of which serves as a thermal conduction element to the flat part 12 and supports floor load. When heating medium is flowed in the heat pipe 2 penetratively provided through through holes 111 of the heat exchanging members, the heat is transmitted through the outside wall of the heat pipe 2 to the heat exchanging member 1 to make uniform the temperature on the flat part 12 of the heat exchanging member 1, resulting in heating the room comfortably by radiation.
