Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the heat pump for home use which is simple and of energy- saving type by a method wherein radiators placed in water and in a duct, respectively, are fitted to the ends of a heat pipe, and a fan is provided in the duct.
CONSTITUTION: The radiators 2, 3 are provided at the ends of the heat pipe 1, and the radiator 2 is placed in cooling water 6, e.g., bath water while the radiator 3 is placed in a cooling pipe 5. When air B is introduced into a room 8 through the cooling pipe 5 by the fan 4, the air B can be cooled by the heat pipe 1 to achieve cooling of the room 8 if the temperature of the air B is higher than that of the cooling water 6. Accordingly, the temperature of the bath water is raised, saving energy. A heating effect can be obtained when the temperature relationship is reversed. Accordingly, the energy-saving type heat pump for home use is obtained.
