Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve magnetic coupling between a rotor and a stator remarkably by forming a coil pattern onto a magnetic substance by a conductor layer and laminating a nonmagnetic insulator. CONSTITUTION:The conductor layer 2 (S1F1 for the first channel and S2F2 for the second channel) is printed by conductive paste containing the powder of Pd, etc. having excellent heat-resisting property on the circular substrate 1 of ferrite, and a section except connecting holes 3 is printed by using paste containing glass powder. Outgoing lines 5 are printed by the conductive paste toward the circumference holes 3, a central hole 6 is punched, and the disk 1 is finished to the stator or rotor member through baking. Since the nonmagnetic substrate layers 4 are formed onto the opposite surface of the rotor and the stator, a magnetic flux path shaped by coil currents is an opened magnetic path, the line of magnetic force is diffused to the outside, magnetic coupling between the rotor and the stator is increased, and this method is extremely suitable to mass production.
