Abstract

PURPOSE:To make sure film feeding possible by eliminating the transmission of force to a winding gear by releasong the engagement of the gears of a film winding driving system consisting of plural gears thereby stopping the movement of the film. CONSTITUTION:When a film position detecting lever 10 of a film winding mechanism fits to the perforations of a film under movement, force is exerted to the film in its moving direction, and the film moves in an arrow G direction against a spring 15. The transmission levers 12 and 17 abutting on the lever 10 move cooperatively as well in the arrow G direction. Hence, a releasing lever 24 connected to a transmission lever 17 is turned in an arrow H direction against a spring 28 and a driving gear 31 is also turned cooperatively in an arrow H direction, whereby the engagement of a winding gear 33 and a driving gear 31 is released and the movement of the film is stopped. Since the releasing of the transmission force is utilized without using any detent pawl or the like, the accurate film feeding is made possible.
