Since these lead wires 16 are used in a straight form, high position precision and form precision are obtained. One plane of the base part of a tuning fork oscillator 6 is put on and fixed to plane surfaces of two lead wires to simplify the handling operation, and the connection is fixed because the contacting area is large sufficiently.
