Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the yield and to make a small-sized quartz oscillator practical, by eliminating a connection part to separate two leads from each other after fixing them through an airtight terminal and fixing one plane of the base part of a tuning oscillator to plane surfaces of two lead wires. CONSTITUTION:Two lead wires 16 which are connected to each other partially are cut out from one metallic plate by the photoetching method and are fixed through a plug 15, and a connection part 16a is removed to obtain individual lead wires 16. Since these lead wires 16 are used in a straight form, high position precision and form precision are obtained. One plane of the base part of a tuning fork oscillator 6 is put on and fixed to plane surfaces of two lead wires to simplify the handling operation, and the connection is fixed because the contacting area is large sufficiently. Thus, the yield is improved, and a small-sized quartz oscillator is made practical.
