Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion strength between a steel plate and paint coating or an org. film and moisture and water resistance, prior to painting the steel plate or laminating the same with a film, by subjecting a surface thereof to phosphate treatment and, thereafter, coating the same with an org. acid with a predetermined concn. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel plate is treated with phosphate and, thereafter, roll squeezing is applied thereto. After roll squeezing, an aqueous solution containing tannic acid and/or polyacrylic acid in an amount of 0.001-0.5wt% is coated on the surface thereof by a spraying, a coating or an immersing method. Subsequently, a paint is coated on or an org. film is laminated to the steel plate to obtain a product with good adhesion strength, moisture proofness and water resistance.
