At starting, the switch 12 is changed over by a decoder 13, APC and AFC are added by the microprocessor 1, and the motors are controlled. Accordingly, power consumption can be reduced by adjusting the rise of each motor at starting while the motors are controlled as the AFC is left as it is in analog signals for fixed speed and time lag is eliminated, and the motors can precisely be controlled.
