PURPOSE:To always ensure an optimum supercharge amount, by obtaining the optimum supercharge amount for speed and load of an engine through a computer and outputting its result as an opening amount of a valve adapted to a waste gate. CONSTITUTION:Engine speed A and load B are firstly input to a computer C to obtain an optimum supercharge amount, and its result is output at the opening amount of a valve 7. In case of a large supercharge amount, the valve 7 is opened to flow pressure fluid from a conduction pipe 11 to a fixed case 4, compress a spring 3 through a retaining plate 2 and lift a valve 1. As a result, exhaust partially flows into a branch pipe 6 from a gap between the valve 1 and the branch pipe 6, and exhaust pressure in a turbine inlet part 10 is decreased, then a turbine is decelerated to decrease a supercharge amount. On the contrary, in case of a small and adequate supercharge amount, the waste gate 8 is tightly closed by the valve 1, and the exhaust is fully fed to the turbine to increase or maintain its speed.
