Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion of an installation due to fluidized bed forming particles and make the entire part of a titled device small in size by forming two fluidized beds in the same device in a reactor which requires two fluidizied beds as reaction parts. CONSTITUTION:An inside cylinder 5 is provided in a device body 8, and an intermediate cylinder 10 is mounted to the upper part thereof in such a manner that part thereof covers the inside cylinder 5. First, a gas A1 for fluidizing is blown through a perforated plate 15 from the lower part of the cylinder 5, thereby forming a fluidized bed 4 as an exothermic zone in the cylinder 5. The bed 4 gradually ascends until it overflows into the cylinder 10, and forms a moving bed 7, thence it descends. The gas generated in the bed 4 is recovered through a nozzle 11. The bed 7 enters the inside of the annular space formed by the cylinder 5 and the body 8, where a fluidized bed 6 is formed as an endothermic zone by the fluidizing gas ejected from a funnel-shaped perforated plate 14. The generated gas G2 is removed through an exhaust port provided to the body 8. According to this, there is no need for pipe or the like for connecting the two fluidized beds, and the wearing of the pipe due to the fuidized bed forming particles does not occur.
