Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable monitoring of flow of cooling water, which is brought into a steady state, through prevention of a moving piece from vibrating by a method wherein a moving piece, which moves through the force of water current, is formed in a hollow structure wherein a pore is provided. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water flows in through an inlet 31 of a clear pipe 30 and flows out through an outlet 32. A moving piece 33 is located in the large diameter part of the clear pipe. In case a discharge is enough, the moving piece is positioned at an upper end as shown in a drawing, and in case the discharge is short, it is situated at a lower end. A water current 34 flows through a hollow part 3b of the moving piece 33, and when it passes through a throttle pore 35, it is throttled to produce a force which pushes upward the moving piece 33. A force, which pushes upward the moving piece and is produced when the water current 34 passes through the throttle pore 35, varies with the size of the throttle pore. In order to increase a discharge sensitivity, the pore may be reduced in a diameter, and in order to reduce the discharge sensitivity, the pore, conversely, may be increased in diameter.
