Abstract
PURPOSE:To control an electric welded tube which is excellent in its response property, high in its control accuracy and strong against outer disturbance, by compositely monitoring a welding point temperature and a welding current. CONSTITUTION:A computer 23 operates an optimum welding point temperature by inputting size of a tube, a tube manufacturing speed, etc., and provides it to a terminal of a differential amplifier 24 as a set reference value. An output of a thermometer 22 is inputted to the other terminal of the differential amplifier 24. The amplifier 24 outputs a signal corresponding to a deviation of the set reference value and an actual measurement value of temperature. The output of the amplifier 24 is contents corresponding to a secondary current of an output transformer 15 which is capable of setting its deviation to zero, and is provided to the terminal of a differential amplifier 26. The output of the amplifier 26 is a signal corresponding to a current deviation of a current value which is capable of removing a temperature deviation, and an actual measurement value of the secondary current, its output signal is applied to a phase device 20, and the phase device 20 changed and controls a conducting phase angle of a thyristor of an output controlling circuit 12 in the direction for setting the current deviation to zero.
