Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the measuring accuracy by giving the control to the serial variable resistance so that the DC resistance of the circuit may be constant at all times and thus preventing the change of the DC resistance.
CONSTITUTION: Detecting coil 20 is connected in series to variable resistance element 21, current detecting element 22, DC power source 23, AC power source 24 and the primary winding circuit of output transformer 25. Element 22 is connected to control circuit 26, and circuit 26 gives control to the value of element 21 so that the whole DC resistance component of the circuit may be constant at all times. Thus AC and DC voltage Eac and Edc are piled on each other to be flowed. Then the DC current is detected via element 22 and circuit 26 each, and element 21 is controlled so that the DC current, i.e., the full resistance component becomes constant. In such constitution, the DC resistance component which will be affected by the temperature and other factors can be kept constant at all times, thus increasing the measuring accuracy.
