On the other hand, in-phase exciting electrodes 1202, 1204 and 1203, 1205 are provided to another arm, the exciting electrodes 1202 and 1203 are made to opposite phase to apply a parallel electric field toward lengthwise detection of the oscillators for the bending oscillation for a tuning fork arm 1206. The two oscillations are electrically combined in series or parallel.
