Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid an input offset current and to achieve low noise, by providing a constant current circuit absorbing a base current of differential pair transistors (TR) to an input stage differential TR amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant current circuit the same as that provided to a common emitter of differential pair TRs Q1 and Q2 is made of a TRQ8 and an emitter resistor R3. Denoting the emitter area ratio of TRs Q7 and Q8 as 2:1, a current flowing to the TRQ7 is 2I0, where a current flowing to the TRQ8 is I0. The constant current I0 flows to a TRQ5. A base current I1 inversely proportional to the current amplification factor flows from the base of a TRQ5. TRs Q9 and Q10 form a current Miller circuit and the base current of the TRs Q1 and Q2 is absorbed by flowing the base current I1 to a TRQ6.
