CONSTITUTION:A connection portin 14c comprising a pair of terminal portions 14a, 14b and a conductor connecting them is provided, paste stated material mixing magnetic substance powder like ferrite with binder like acrylic resin is charged to a recess 14d formed with the connection portion 14c and terminal portions 14a, 14b to surround around the connection portion 14c and a sintering is provided for the charged portion to form a core portion 15. A plane high frequency equipment of small size can be obtained thereby, attachment to a printed substrate or the like can be establish without requiring any insertion of a lead to make easy an automatic assembly and the manufacture can be effected easy and the mass production also be improved depending on the simplified structure of the parts.
